There definitely is not enough staff during certain hours. I know everybody is having problems with getting employees, but especially on the weekends, there's not enough coverage. Some of them need additional training. The décor is nice, although the facility needs some updating. They're currently going through a renovation and replacing the carpet, etc.

I was in Peak Resources 46 days after surgery. Their therapists are excellent, but they are very understaffed with nurses. I believe each CNA has 20 patients.

The staff was very friendly and the feeling we got when we toured was very comfortable and I think I would like to be here if I need senior living. Communication was very good and if there are any issues they will call and let me know immediatly I would recommend the community to others. Thank goodness for Flo and Ashley and one or two other that watch out for my mom but they can't be there 24/7. Highly under staffed and taking on more residents. Many families are paying upwards to $15 an hour extra to have someone sit with their loved one on top of paying for the care they are suppose to be already getting. The staff communication with the family... The Community is kept neat and clean and the staff has been very helpful and friendly. The care has been good but we would like to see the food improve.
Went for a tour of this faculty one weekend and my husband and I were very impressed with the gentlemen that assisted us. The overall appearance of the facility was slightly outdated but very clean. Our mother was a short stay rehab nod we were plead with her therapy and nursing care. We didn't see the doctors much but the nursing staff and weekend manger as well as therapy staff were very helpful.
