The staff communication with the family... The Community is kept neat and clean and the staff has been very helpful and friendly. The care has been good but we would like to see the food improve.

The place shows wear, everything is old and worn out, landscaping and outdoor lighting is awful. It makes me think there are money problems. They have good activities for the residents. If you happened to be at The Laurels a few weeks ago, your perceptions might have been changed.

The food sucks at this location both taste wise and nutrition wise. They serve rice, sweet potatoes, and orange juice to diabetic patients. Confuse patients gets neglected big time. They would be picking in they stool for hours without anyone bothering to clean them up. I would definitely not put my love one in this location, specially if they are confused. Friendly and caring patient-facing staff.

The staff is very friendly, and thoughtful.... However, they are very understaffed. When my loved one moved in, the dining room was open from beginning to 7 pm. The dining room is no longer available anytime due to... Our experience at The Pines has been wonderful. Has been so helpful in transitioning my mother from another facility, finding the perfect room, and getting her settled.
